• All information you provide to Admin Mary G is truthful and accurate
• You will treat every person on this platform with respect, dignity, and courtesy
• You understand that Admin Mary G has final authority on all facilitation decisions
• You will not attempt to bypass Admin Mary G by contacting matches directly without authorisation

All financial transactions on our platform are governed by the following conditions:

• All payments are sent to Admin Mary G's official Airtel Money wallet at +254738871048 and no other number
• Prices displayed on the website and app are the current rates at the time of payment and may be adjusted based on market conditions, currency rates, or service demand
• You must submit your transaction code or reference number for verification after every payment
• Submitting a fake or stolen transaction code is a severe violation and will result in permanent removal
• Cross border payments from Uganda and Tanzania include an automatic KES 100 network tax

• No random connections. You will always personally choose who you want to be connected with after payment
• No choosing before payment. For the privacy and security of our clients, you cannot view, browse, or select available matches until your payment has been verified
• Private clients exist. Many sugar mummies and sugar daddies are not publicly listed on the website or app. They have requested strictly private and discreet connections that are only available through Admin Mary G
• One connection per payment. Each membership payment covers one facilitated connection based on your selected package tier
• Admin Mary G decides access level. The depth and quality of matches presented to you depend on your chosen package

Every user on our platform has a duty to protect the privacy of others. These obligations are non negotiable:

• You must never share, screenshot, or forward private conversations, phone numbers, or personal details of your match to any third party
• You must never expose or publicly identify any client connected through our agency
• You must never record phone calls or video chats with your match without their written consent
• You must never use information gained through a connection for blackmail, extortion, or public humiliation

• Telegram is our primary channel. All official communication, payment verification, and facilitation happens through @GSADMINMARYGAGENCY
• Phone calls are restricted to paid and verified clients only. Calling the admin line without having made a payment is considered a violation
• Spam, repeated messages, or aggressive follow ups will result in temporary or permanent blocking
• Impersonating Admin Mary G or any staff member on any platform is a criminal offence and will be reported to authorities

We classify violations into four severity levels. Each level carries specific consequences as outlined in Section 8. The following is a comprehensive list of prohibited actions on our platform:

• Level 1 (Minor): Written warning. Second offence results in escalation to Level 2
• Level 2 (Serious): 30 day suspension from all services. Phone number and Telegram blocked. No refund
• Level 3 (Severe): Permanent ban across all platforms and services. All known accounts blacklisted. No refund. Safety warnings may be issued to other clients
• Level 4 (Criminal): Permanent lifetime ban plus full cooperation with law enforcement. Evidence submitted. Legal prosecution pursued

If you witness or experience any violation by another user on our platform, we encourage you to report it immediately. Your report will be treated with absolute confidentiality.

• The right to accept or decline any client at her sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason
• The right to adjust pricing, packages, and service terms at any time based on business needs
• The right to suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these terms and conditions
• The right to determine which matches are available for each package tier and each individual client
• The right to report criminal activity to law enforcement and cooperate fully with investigations
• The right to update these terms at any time without prior individual notice to users

Genuine Sugar Mummies Kenya acts as a facilitation agency. We connect clients based on their preferences and package tier, and we do our absolute best to ensure safety and satisfaction. However, there are limits to what we can control:

• We are not responsible for the personal behaviour of any client after a connection has been facilitated
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any connection, as relationships depend on the individuals involved
• We are not liable for financial arrangements made privately between connected clients
• We are not responsible for mobile money network failures, delays, or errors during payment processing

While we cannot control everything that happens between two people after a connection, we always remain available to help mediate, resolve issues, and take action against any client who violates our terms.

These terms and conditions represent the complete agreement between you and Genuine Sugar Mummies Kenya. They replace any previous verbal or written agreements. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full.
