A picture of the issue is worth a thousand words. Show us exactly what you see on screen.

Name the Page

Tell us exactly which page has the problem. For example, "Pricing page" or "Homepage on mobile".

Explain the Steps

What were you doing when the bug happened? Did you click a button, scroll down, or open a menu?

Device and Browser

Tell us if you are on Android, iPhone, laptop, and which browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.).

WhatsApp chat may show as unavailable

Due to high traffic volume, WhatsApp sometimes restricts our number for up to 7 days. We have moved our primary support to Telegram. WhatsApp remains as a backup channel.

MONITORING

Images may load slowly on very slow mobile data

Some images on the website may take longer to load if you are on 2G or a very slow network. We are working on image optimization to improve this experience.

Dark mode colors inconsistent on some older pages

Some older pages on the website were not properly adapting to dark mode. All new pages now have full dark mode support, and older pages are being updated as well.
