Refund Policy

We want every client to feel confident when making a payment. This refund policy explains clearly when refunds are available, when they are not, and how to request one if you qualify.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

Refunds are issued in the following situations. All refund requests are reviewed by Admin Mary G personally.

  • Payment was made but no connection was provided within 72 hours. If Admin Mary G has not matched you with anyone within 3 days of payment verification, you are entitled to a full refund or a free connection at a later date of your choosing
  • Duplicate payment was made by mistake. If you accidentally sent payment twice for the same package, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full within 24 hours
  • Wrong amount was sent. If you sent an incorrect amount that does not match any package, we will either apply the amount to the closest package (with your permission) or refund the difference
  • Technical error prevented service delivery. If a technical issue on our end prevented your connection from being processed, you will receive a full refund or a replacement connection

When Refunds Are Not Available

To protect both our clients and our team, refunds cannot be issued in the following situations.

  • After a connection has been successfully made. Once Admin Mary G has shared the contact details of your match and the other person has confirmed, the service is considered delivered and refunds are no longer available
  • If you change your mind after payment. We begin the matching process immediately after payment verification, so cancellations after this point are not eligible for refund
  • If your match does not meet your personal expectations. While we do our best to find the right person based on your preferences, personal chemistry and attraction are subjective and cannot be guaranteed
  • If you provided false information. Clients who provide fake names, fake locations, or misleading preferences are not eligible for any refund
  • If you violated our Terms and Conditions. Users who have been banned or suspended for inappropriate behavior, harassment, or scamming are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances
  • If you failed to respond to Admin Mary G within 7 days. If we attempt to deliver your connection and you do not respond on Telegram or phone within 7 days, the service is considered complete

How to Request a Refund

Send a message to @GSADMINMARYGAGENCY with the subject "Refund Request" followed by your name and payment transaction code.

Provide Your Payment Details

Include the amount you paid, the date of payment, and the Airtel Money or Sendwave transaction code. This helps us verify your payment quickly.

Explain Your Reason

Tell us why you are requesting a refund. Be honest and specific. This helps us improve our services and resolve your issue faster.

Receive Your Refund Within 48 Hours

If your request is approved, the refund will be sent back to the same number or account you used for the original payment within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation message once the refund has been processed.
