How to send payment via M-Pesa to Airtel

Step by step guide

Follow these steps to send money from your M-Pesa to the admin's Airtel Money wallet:

1Open your M-Pesa menu by dialing *334# or use the Safaricom app
2Select Send Money
3Choose To Other Network then select Airtel Money
4Enter the receiver phone number: 0739154302
5Enter the exact amount for your selected package
6Confirm the recipient name is the admin and enter your M-Pesa PIN
7Wait for the confirmation SMS from Safaricom
8Copy the transaction code (e.g. QET93821LK) and paste it on our checkout page
After submitting your code, you will be automatically redirected to Telegram to send the details to the admin for instant verification.

How to pay from Uganda or Tanzania

Cross border payment guide

You can pay from Uganda using MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Uganda, and from Tanzania using Vodacom M-Pesa:

1Dial your mobile money menu (*165# for MTN, *185# for Airtel UG, *150*00# for Vodacom TZ)
2Select Send Money then International Transfer
3Choose destination: Kenya (Airtel)
4Enter receiver number: +254739154302
5Enter the amount shown on our checkout page (already converted with KES 100 tax included)
6Confirm and enter your PIN, then copy the transaction reference
Cross border payments include a KES 100 network tax that is automatically added. This is a standard mobile money inter-country charge, not a fee from our agency.

How to pay from abroad using Sendwave or WorldRemit

1Download Sendwave, WorldRemit, or Remitly from your app store
2Select Send Money to Kenya
3Choose wallet type: Airtel Money Kenya
4Enter phone number: +254739154302

What to do if verification is delayed

If you have sent the payment and submitted your transaction code but the admin has not responded yet, try these steps:

1Wait at least 15 to 30 minutes. During peak hours, the admin may take a few minutes to process all incoming payments
2Double check your transaction code. Make sure you copied it correctly from your SMS confirmation
3Send a follow up message on Telegram at @GSADMINMARYGAGENCY with your transaction code and the plan you selected
4If it has been more than 2 hours with no response, send an SMS to +254739154302 as a backup

I sent money to the wrong number

What to do if you paid the wrong recipient

If you accidentally sent money to a number other than +254739154302, contact your mobile money provider immediately and request a reversal. The official receiver number is 0739154302 (Airtel Money Kenya, the admin). If someone else gave you a different number, they may be an impersonator. Report the incident to the admin on Telegram right away.

Never pay to any other number. Genuine Sugar Mummies only uses +254739154302. Anyone asking you to pay elsewhere is a scammer.

The checkout page is not loading properly

1Check your internet connection. Make sure your data or Wi-Fi is working
2Clear your browser cache. Go to Settings, Privacy, Clear Browsing Data
3Try a different browser. Chrome works best for our website
4Disable any ad blockers as they sometimes interfere with our checkout modal
5If the problem continues, contact the admin on Telegram and she will process your payment manually

WhatsApp is not going through

Why WhatsApp may be unavailable

Due to our large user base and high message volume, WhatsApp frequently restricts our account for up to 7 days. This is a WhatsApp platform limitation that affects accounts with very high traffic. This is exactly why we moved our primary communication to Telegram, which has no such restrictions.

Scammers sometimes create fake accounts pretending to be the admin or representatives of Genuine Sugar Mummies. Here is how to spot them:

!They use a different phone number. Our only official number is +254739154302
!They use a different Telegram handle. Our only Telegram is @GSADMINMARYGAGENCY
!They promise free sugar mummies or ask you to pay a "registration fee" to unlock numbers
!They claim a sugar mummy will pay you first before you even meet
!They ask for your M-Pesa PIN, password, or banking details. We never ask for these
If someone contacts you claiming to be from our agency using a different number or account, do not pay them. Report them to the real the admin immediately on Telegram.

Reporting bad behaviour or rule breaking

If someone you were connected with through our agency behaves inappropriately, threatens you, scams you, or violates your privacy, report them immediately:

1Message the admin on Telegram at @GSADMINMARYGAGENCY
2Describe what happened with as much detail as possible
3Include screenshots of messages, calls, or evidence if you have them
4the admin will review your report within 24 hours and take appropriate action
Your identity will never be revealed to the person you are reporting. All reports are treated with absolute confidentiality and seriousness.
